Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Manufacturing Global Direct Sales revenue commitment
  • Responsible for GHQ affiliate orders and affiliate ship direct global coordination
  • Responsible for insuring all GHQ orders are processed timely and without errors
  • Move orders between plants as needed to satisfy customer requirement
  • Responsible for GHQ performance metrics
  • Coordinate Global Logistics activities with customers and global logistics group
  • Focal contact for GQH related activities and 24 hours response time
  • Work with various Manufacturing plants to support customer’s requirement
  • People development and succession planning responsibility
  • Responsible for developing and implementing new processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience,
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, logistics and business experience typically gained through 3+ years of experience in these areas
