O&G Drilling Equipment’s manufacturer with a strong presence in Singapore is recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the plant quality and systems, Drive leadership. This role reports to the GM of the plant.
Job Description
- The Quality Manager will be managing a team and identify,
assess the gaps within the current quality systems and develop key initiatives
to improve the quality assurance function in the plants. - These key initiatives could be implemented during the process
specification, change management, testing or manufacturing process. - The Quality team will be partnering closely with cross
functional teams such as R&D, procurement, sales & marketing, supply
chain, engineering teams. It will be highly beneficial for the Quality Manager
to have experience in managing third party manufacturers, raw material
suppliers.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 10-15 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment preferably O&G related products
- People management experience
