Key Objective of Role
The Business Excellence Manager will help to design and lead initiatives that support country sales and operations team. In addition, the candidate will lead the effort to conduct market research, business analysis and translate that into actionable strategies with effective day-to-day operations to align with our client’s growth ambitions and priorities. It is a key part of the sales and operations leadership team and this role is pivotal in helping our client’s business to deliver its Sales and Service transformation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Organization & People
- Proactively assessing and identifying
opportunities for growth - Providing recommendations which are written,
presented, or co-developed with leadership team - Accelerate transformation, alongside sales,
customer service and marketing teams to increase the impact of our
implementations. - Managing Business Analytics and Sales Operation
team to drive consistency, efficiency and alignment as well as sharing of best
practices across various business divisions - Data & Insights
- Take ambiguous and complex business problems and
use research, analytics and business assessment capabilities, define the
problem, define the opportunity set, and recommend actionable next steps - Conduct analysis / findings to recognize,
recommend and implement operational improvements - Leading Sales Operations team to provide data
insights (lead management statistics) and track the end-to-end lead management
process - Work with regional & local team to drive
sales effectiveness by deploying Business Intelligence (BI) to configure and
automate sales executions, sales reporting, tracking and monitoring according
to business requirements
Process & Technology
- Leverage on technology to build up enterprise
capability – to drive process automation and excellence, e.g. new
process/platform set-up, business process data management etc. - Streamlining business processes by planning,
organizing and managing quality process to increase - operational productivity and efficiency
- Accountable for identifying key business risks
and proactively deploying risk mitigation strategies - Work with regional team to define business
process automation and evaluate the potential outcomes - Engage and align stakeholders to promote timely
action, commitment, and adherence to accountabilities
Who You Are
- A leader, a collaborator, a facilitator
- Consulting experience, preferably with
capability in operations implementation. - Experienced working with cross-functional team,
broadly across all levels of the organization and leading operation and
strategic initiatives - An analytical and consultative thinker who can
take data to drive solution development, project execution and navigate complex
contexts - Self-motivated and resourceful, demonstrating
strong customer understanding & commercial awareness Skills, Experience and
Competencies - Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of working experience in related areas,
with part of that spent in a consulting environment - 5+ years of direct experience in digital project
management, CRM tools and managing improving sales
processes
- Great interpersonal skills supported by
collaborative style - Comfortable with large volume of data
- Proven success in good project management
practice and problem-solving skills - Experience resourcing and managing multiple
projects with tight deadlines - Experience with change management framework
