Responsibilities:
- Review, approve and prepare journal vouchers and ensure smooth and accurate management accounting closure within tight deadline
- Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly key financial results and manufacturing variance to the respective stakeholders
- Provide financial support to the manufacturing operational team
- Key personnel in driving yearly budget completion and prepare monthly roll-over forecast
- Fixed assets budget coordinating and monitoring
- Understand internal controls requirements and assist in compliance of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 certification
- Carry out cross-function testing to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent, preferably with a CPA
- At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in manufacturing standard costing, auditing, budget plan, SOX compliance, etc
- Preferably with SAP experience in current job or recent engagement
- Assertive, self-motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel/PowerPoint etc
