This position directly reports to General Manager and is responsible for production planning and customer service functions. This is a leadership position with an integral element of hands on approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction standards are achieved.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Responsible to coach, train and develop staff for career growth.
Develop and implement processes to ensure high standards of customer responsiveness.
Manage planning, customer service to ensure smooth day to day operations
Responsible for capacity & production planning, materials management and scheduling.
Responsible for project planning support to customers when need and response to customer’s enquiries timely.
Lead daily production meetings to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner to ensure on time deliveries to customer’s purchase orders.
Manage Buyer/Planner on subcontract machining activities in order to level load the plant.
Manage subcontract machine vendors on time delivery
Provides monthly revenue projections and on time delivery projections.
Ensure customer service process orders timely and accurately in ERP system and perform timely order acknowledgement to customer.
Develop and implement best practices for area of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of machining process in an Oil and Gas Industry is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
Bachelors / Diploma Engineering or relevant experience in planning.
ERP exposure is a must.
