Responsibilities
Client is a Japanese / Singapore MNC
- Oversee and manage all project installation and engineering works, personnel mobilization and job progress
- Co-ordinate with customers, consultants, main & sub-contractors and suppliers on all project implementation issues
- Manage all site activities, vendors and sub-contractors inclusive of project milestone to ensure prompt delivery
- Plan, supervise and control project operations including cost re-estimates, manpower planning, work schedule.
- Conduct regular safety checks to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirements and all workers comply with safety regulations
- Manage relationship with clients, consultants and building owners
Requirements:
- Good level of technical knowledge either electrical or mechanical
- Degree of Higher Diploma
- Project Management background site based
- Background in datacentres, generators back up power would be advantage but not a must
