Strategic Key Account Manager / Singapore

The Role

  • Manage a set of strategic key accounts portfolio
  • Analyze the customer’s needs / challenges through data-driven methods and structured planning sessions, and then propose the most effective solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services in the form of total sourcing solutions
  • Design and execute account plans to build deeper relationships and grow sales for each key customer
  • Design engagements and build relationships with top management/ decision-makers of each key customer
  • Focus on ensuring customer’s success and ROI to drive business retention and expansion
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or customer programs whenever require

Qualifications

So, what are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales and key account management, preferably in a digital or e-commerce capacity
  • Possess a good business degree from a reputable college/university
  • Demonstrable track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level
  • Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision-makers
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers at all levels
  • Experience in developing new revenue streams
  • Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience
  • Ability to facilitate customer solutions workshops or similar sessions
  • Experience in simple program/ project management
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
